Consultation Process

Our services are provided through a structured consultation process:

• Initial Consultation: Free discussion of your requirements and objectives
• Project Proposal: Detailed scope, timeline, and pricing for your specific needs
• Agreement: Formal contract outlining deliverables, timeline, and terms
• Implementation: Execution of the agreed-upon services with regular updates
• Delivery: Final deliverables and ongoing support as agreed

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Payment schedules are project-specific and agreed upon in advance
• Invoices are typically due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes

Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights are handled as follows:

• Client Data: You retain ownership of your data and proprietary information
• Deliverables: Custom solutions developed for you will be owned by you upon full payment
• Pre-existing IP: I retain rights to my existing methodologies, tools, and knowledge
• Open Source: Some solutions may incorporate open-source components under their respective licenses

Confidentiality

I am committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information:

• All client information is treated as confidential
• I will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without consent
• Appropriate non-disclosure agreements will be executed for sensitive projects
• Data security measures are implemented to protect your information

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

AI Ethics & Responsible Use

As an AI consultant, I am committed to responsible AI practices:

• AI solutions are designed with bias detection and mitigation in mind
• Transparency in AI decision-making processes is prioritized
• Regular model validation and testing are conducted
• Clients are educated about AI limitations and ethical considerations
• Compliance with applicable AI regulations and guidelines

Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice:

• Termination terms will be specified in individual project agreements
• Payment for completed work is due upon termination
• Confidentiality obligations continue after termination
• Intellectual property rights are handled according to the agreement

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lille, France, unless otherwise specified in individual project agreements.

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
