I maintain a small, selective client roster. Every engagement is long-term by design. Choose the shape that fits your situation — the depth and timeline vary, but the senior ownership doesn't.

Fixed-scope project: I design the architecture, build the core, hand it over production-ready
Domains: predictive models, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, computer vision, SaaS AI features
I design, build, and delegate the right parts while retaining AI ownership
Handover includes documentation, testing, and a working production system

Current example: maritime intelligence SaaS (Tethys Naval) — designed the architecture, integrated multi-source AI, delegated standard backend, retained AI layer.

Scoped engagement: audit existing stack, define AI roadmap, build a working prototype
Output: architecture document, proof of concept, and implementation brief
Useful before a major hiring decision or a platform rebuild
Clear deliverables, fixed timeline, no open-ended commitment required
